Note to Self
When walking home from the library with a large hardback book and two paperbacks,
do not
impulse buy a 10-pound watermelon.

Doh! Bridget goes to put watermelon in fridge. Fridge shelf bows alarmingly.
Will eat tonight with Red Wine Evening attendees.
Just made some very nice humousiod - mashed up half a can of chick peas with some light vinaigrette, very refreshing.

Eurgh. And Watermelon Muffins? They're really getting a bit desparate for recipe ideas at that point.

These people do usually push the point - but watermelon rind pickle isn't that far from marmalade?

Unless I put on 10 lb (of watermelon).
My biceps are knackered! I don't normally use them for anything!
