Can I do another 101 Things in 101 Days?

But the other way round? Starting with a big blank list, and seeing what I can fill it with before 101 days are up on 9 Jan. Mu ha ha.

At end of Day 34 (Nov 3)
1. Five a day: number of different fruits and vegetables eaten: 56
Fruit (fresh) [apple, banana, blueberries, canteloupe, grape, fig, kaki, lime, melon, orange, pear, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries]

2. Walking for miles: 214
3. Flights of stairs: 1050
4. Playing music: 2.5 hours. Graded recorder pieces book 15/50.

6. Pilates/physio sessions: 5
7. The Sopranos: Season 1-2.
8. Proofread a book
9. Read books: 5
10. Play boardgames: Thud
11. Go out and eat dinner of an evening: 3; without ill effects the next day 3
12. Start planning Burning Giraffe dress. Made mockup from old sheet.
13. Get a boyfriend
14. Bought new trousers, jumpers, pants, boots.
15. Ate somewhere new: 2
16. Decluttering: 2 bags books to charity shop
17. Go dancing

20. Upload the quarter's data at work
21. Bake a new thing: tart a l'orange

Ooh yes! The good thing about a list is that you can scan it for things you had otherwise forgotten. "Pilates or physio every day", that's another. Better get on with it now though.

there's an app for that :) will try to remember what it's called. (You just tick off goal x, y, z and it tells you patterns, how long since, etc. I found it invaluable and it formed good habits!)
