Ooh yes! The good thing about a list is that you can scan it for things you had otherwise forgotten. "Pilates or physio every day", that's another. Better get on with it now though.

there's an app for that :) will try to remember what it's called. (You just tick off goal x, y, z and it tells you patterns, how long since, etc. I found it invaluable and it formed good habits!)
